Not sure about MTP. I read this a commentary about a month ago, forget who made this observation. It is a great advantage to literally be able to phone it in. No makeup/hair, no mechanics of sitting the chair correctly (apparently there IS a specific way to get into and sit in the chair on remotes), but most importantly- no body language - no facial movements - no concern about the downtime while the question is being asked. You an also have a nice list of talking points and rebuttals ready without looking like you are looking down at a piece of paper.
