BEFORE she gets them.
per peaceNikki "Those protections have been put in place since the SC race.
She is no longer reporting the summary for county and is required to report ward totals.
We have folks at every polling place at close and are reporting ward totals to a boiler room so we have the county and ward totals before they even get to Kathy."
