(24,411 posts)...as I know a bit, but not much. I knows that the media has reported that Walker was ahead 5pts going into the election. It looks like turnout us fantastic, especially in left-leaning cities like Milwaukee and Madison.
One thing to remember Is that the results from the larger cities come in last. So don't panic if we're behind for a while. We could take off as these large city returns come in.
I haven't heard much about voter fraud. I hope the Reps sten't up to their usual tricks.

(24,331 posts)It'll probably be awhile after that, though, since larger polling places can't report until after everyone in line at the closing time have voted. Figure 10 PM Eastern before we really start seeing any useful hard data.

(4,266 posts)The turnout was obviously way beyond what was anticipated, and they have a heap of new voters on the pile.
I know, the waiting is agony.

(30,404 posts)NEVER !!!!!
I worked the Polls for John Kerry's run and I watched this " take charge lady" that became our instant "Supervisor."
She was in charge with a driver to take the votes in ---
All day long you could feel the energy of the Democrats coming in to vote, it was magical.
Next morning , when we opened the Paper ~
Our voting site went for that Rethug.
Where were all the photos of the long, long lines for the Rethugs - saw the lines and energy from the crowds of Democrats, but never the Rethugs, never the Rethugs!
