Dear Sen.TurtleFace&Neck (apologies to actual turtles) there is NO "BIDEN" rule

That's called politics. Nothing like that carries the force of law.

2. Typical wingnut hypocrisy is your ilk claiming to love the Constitution more than anybody else & ignoring it when it suits you.

3. "Advice & consent" means considering issues on *MERITS*. So objections to nominees means *on qualifications*.

4. Even needless to mention the timing of the President's term of office.
