How to survive Daylight Saving Time
1. Set your alarm for 30 minutes earlier Sunday.
4. Keep up your exercise schedule.
5. Drink extra water, and limit caffeine, alcohol and sugar.
7. Go to sleep a few minutes earlier.

(111,277 posts)I'm delighted, of course, because I loathe standard time. However, it's 3 AM because the computer clock just shifted and I know I won't get to sleep until 5. The first week sucks and I don't even work for a living any more.
