HOLLAND TWP. — Local police are reporting the arrest of Heath Campbell in Shippensburg, Pa., on Thursday ... Campbell and his family drew national media attention in December 2008 when they tried to have a cake inscribed with "Happy Birthday Adolf Hitler," for their son, named Adolf Hitler Campbell. The store refused.
