think of it....there's only ONE intelligence in the universe; by all the available evidence, YET! the fascistic rightwing has been running human affairs since Moby Dick was a minnow: the nazipoohs commit murder and scheme openly against the common wealth since Adam met Eve, and have been doing so since b4 the minnow was born... the fascists BRAGGED about murdering Trotsky in 1940 (blaming Stalin after the fact) they offed FDR (he not fascistic enuff- and he woulda included USSR in the postwar Marshal Plan) ... they nuked Japan despite Jap Emp. pleading/offering unconditional surrender, etcetera etc blah blah blah! The basic idea of a free press, in an informed democracy, simply couldn't work, as Aristotle pointed out long ago, due to ease of human tendency to brute tyrany. Lies are out and about whilst the truth still in bed! The very design of our planet, of life etc gives big advantage to the trickster, liar, criminal and thief. The most powerful religion on earth, ie Christianty, is a vast fraud, it seems.
