Human Rights and specifically international law implications of repeating the same health care mistake

Hello, I would like readers here to consider the fact that this is now 20 years of having the same failed health care policies repeated over and over again and again, again and again.

(See: Report from the United States: State Health Reform Flatlines: Steffie Woolhandler, Benjamin Day, and David U. Himmelstein, International Journal of Health Services, Volume 38, Number 3, Pages 585–592, 2008)

Several years ago I realized that the underlying problem/issue for us on health care was incredibly, something completely different than what we are being told, the real truth is this, and its clear as a bell for those who investigate - take fifteen minutes of your time and you will see, its BAD TRADE DEALS- very bad trade policy - rooted in the 1995 WTO General Agreement on Trade in Services. (see second links below) and at that point I started telling people this, but it was next to impossible to get people to believe it because its such horrible news - BUT ITS THE TRUTH and the pablum we are being fed is not. Suddenly, everything changes and it no longer works-

We need to deal with that and pull the plug on this bad TV drama. NO MORE LYING.

We crossed a line at some point a long time ago but it was not until they REFUSED TO CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOR that the facts make it almost as criminal to ignore as to actually do.

Because its the definition - the textbook case, of not insanity - not a mistake- no- its a crime against humanity to keep repeating these mistakes over and over while sneaking the passage of dishonest coercive secret trade deals (on top of the existing ones) to lock not just the country but the world OUT of health care that WE KNOW WORKS and instead into these proven bad, indefensible policies despite the fact that they're BOTH more expensive than simply giving people health care and also are killing a lot of good innocent people.

They are also fighting a war against free public higher education globally, BTW and lying about that too. (You can read a lot about it in the Indian press under WTO GATS education etc. though. India is the biggest country in the world and they speak English in the press. Read it. And you'll see I am not lying here.

They are also I suspect planning to trade lots of skilled US jobs for markets - with this scheme likely planned to be used as a fake "crisis" to "force" the country into swallowing that too, after all, it will make healthcare cheaper, heh heh. Slick, too slick. NO. NO NO.

Its possible that all of Obamacare was intended from the beginning to fail. And to provide an excuse for their strong medicine based on misrepresentations of the worst kinds.

Hijacking the US political system, trying to use trade deals to steal away democracy, using cheap tricks to force a broken health care system on all of us - hoping to use the WTO eventually to force it on the whole world - either way its not okay. Its a most serious crime. THE MOST SERIOUS CRIME.

There is no statute of limitations for this crime.

CALL YOUR FRIENDS NOW AND TELL THEM THIS. BEFORE THIS POST VANISHES. SAVE THIS LETTER AND THE TOP TWO FILES BELOW
