Ralston Reports: Nevada's perfect petri dish grew Trump culture

When Gov. Brian Sandoval meekly caucused for Marco Rubio Tuesday evening, risibly telling the media it was not endorsement, he became the perfect emblem for a tortured and neutered Republican Establishment.

Sandoval’s attempt to have it both ways epitomized a paralyzed GOP elite that didn’t take Trump seriously, believed he would beat himself and took a low-energy approach that failed to gauge Trump’s visceral appeal in a country roiling with anger and fear. And Nevada, which provides Trump with turbocharged momentum (“Don’t worry – there’s a ceiling on his support.”) going into Super Tuesday, is a perfect petri dish where the Trump culture of anti-DC, anti-politics-as-usual has grown.

As Teflon Don racked up almost half the vote in Nevada, more than the combined totals of Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz, the reality show star has created a new reality, putting an exclamation point (Sorry, Jeb) on a brave new world that he dominates. In so doing, Donald Trump won just about every demographic group (yes, including Hispanics, such as their number on the GOP side are) and showed once again how the normal rules of political gravity no longer apply.

for dysfunctional Politics. Small post High School Educated citizenry. Last or next to last when it comes to family incomes,which in it's self produces stress. Transient population,with average population turnover every seven years,with only fifteen per cent who are considered born and raised.

When it comes to Trump,Las Vegans like new things and it is Trend Vegas. It is all about the Casino Business and Entertainment and the Hustle. So this Guy gets a pass,simply because his supporters live in a parallel universe.
