Texas justice for Repukes: Oopsie GOODHAIR gets his indictment tossed. Can their LT Gov Dan PATRICK

be far behind with *his*?!1 The only surprising part is how long it took for GOODHAIR to get himself off, but then he's not been known for his how-to. Is Tom DeLAY in prison yet - no?!1 If only the rest of the country got that kind of Texas justice!1

Texas court dismisses indictment against former governor Rick Perry

The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals on Wednesday dismissed an abuse of power indictment against Rick Perry, ending a case against the former Texas governor that dragged on his unsuccessful bid for the Republican presidential nomination.

Perry, who campaigned for the Republican presidential nomination this year and in 2012, faced a first-degree felony charge that could have brought up to 99 years in prison because of a funding veto he made in 2013 that was seen as being intended to force a local prosecutor to resign.
