morning. Skipped a conservative rave last night to do a focus group on Fox, which I actually watched.

Seems he/Florida has paid Luntz $345k in consulting fees. And, Luntz supposedly was the one who created Rubio's main campaign themes/speeches. And there's Luntz orchestrating a "focus group" with Rubio and acting like a disinterested party. For the most part, it seemed legit - bunch of nutcases. But then, thought it was odd some of the questions from the group sounded rehearsed. Evidently they couldn't afford the best actors out there. Cruz was welcomed too. Guess they are pushing anyone but Trump.

Also, he's independently wealthy -- he doesn't need to dance to the Koch's tune.

From our standpoint, they are all horrible; however, if we had to be stuck with a Republican, I'll join Robert Reich in saying we're better off with Trump than Cruz.

Two crazies in the Oval Office would be a disaster.

I think that before that happens, an investigation into the legitimacy of Cruz being able to fill the POTUS' shoes would be expedited.

I'll add that both Slappy the Dummy and Rubio will ultimately surge within 3 points of Trump when everything's done.

Jeb and Carson bow out after South Carolina. Kasich stays in for a couple more rounds to see how far playing the "Least Insane" card will take him.

Christie's withdrawal might've been bigger news because he had just handed Rubio his own ass a couple days before.

I live here. All I see are Trump and Cruz signs and bumper stickers, not that I have been seeing many, at least compared to other years. TBH, I'm not so sure that most people in this state are enthusiastic about any of the candidates.

Jeb! will wait until Monday to hang it up. He'll spend Sunday discussing it with the family. I think Ben Carson also hangs it up.

Carson will endorse Cruz, I suspect. Jeb! will endorse Kasich.
