At a rally today in South Carolina, Donald Trump called for a boycott of Apple products in response to the company's current legal standoff with the FBI. Currently the frontrunner for the Republican presidential nomination, Trump was speaking at a rally in advance of tomorrow's South Carolina primary. "First of all, Apple ought to give the security for that phone," Trump told a crowd of supporters. "What I think you ought to do is boycott Apple until such time as they give that security number."
"How do you like that?" he continued. "I just thought of that."
In a tweet after the event, Trump pledged to stop using his iPhone if the company did not change its position.

Trump had previously been critical of Apple's stance, telling supporters "who do they think they are?" at a rally on Wednesday, but this is the first time he had called for direct action against the company's products. He's also been widely critical of Apple's reliance on Chinese manufacturing, telling supporters in January, "We're gonna get Apple to start building their damn computers and things in this country, instead of in other countries."
** I just love how he thinks he can control companies to do his bidding**

He doesn't spend five minutes to research the issue.
