Judge Will Send Cliven Bundy To Nevada To Face Charges

Federal Magistrate Judge Janice M. Stewart approved an order to send embattled rancher Cliven Bundy back to Nevada to face a 16-count indictment.

Bundy was scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing in U.S. District Court Friday in Portland.

U.S. Attorney Billy J. Williams filed a motion Thursday, requesting that the hearing be canceled, citing a federal indictment returned by grand jurors in Nevada this week ...

Cliven Bundy’s attorney .. did not object to the extradition request ...

if he is not held for trial he will pull whatever stunt he wants to. That may be how they will deal with this in Nevada but I hope the feds have better control of the situation.

who will be under orders from their elders to acquit him, gotta keep those tithes rolling in (although old Cliven is probably stiffing the church, too).
