WTF?
just announced by chuck toad on m$nbc
toad was speculating that it was a reaction to the 'bush didn't keep us safe' in the debate.
Surprise: Trump falls behind Cruz in national NBC/WSJ poll
In the poll, Cruz is the first choice of 28 percent of Republican primary voters, while Trump gets 26 percent. Theyre followed by Marco Rubio at 17 percent, John Kasich at 11 percent, Ben Carson at 10 percent and Jeb Bush at 4 percent.
The results from the poll conducted after Trumps victory in New Hampshire and Saturdays GOP debate in South Carolina are a significant reversal from last month, when Trump held a 13-point lead over Cruz, 33 percent to 20 percent.
Republican pollster Bill McInturff, who conducted this survey with Democratic pollster Peter Hart and his firm Hart Research Associates, says Trumps drop could signal being right on top of a shift in the campaign.

(2,535 posts)I think there is some liberalism in Trump but Cruz is another Scalia but being president. Nationally, there are a lot of Cuban and Mexican American in big states like Florida and Texas.

(2,535 posts)I can support Hillary and Bernie. I will be satisfied with either and I want them to win.
What I don't want is Cruz or Rubio but mostly Cruz I don't want. I think I will vote for Trump next week by Texas early voting. We don't register by political party in Texas so I can vote for Trump in the primary and the Democrat nominee in November.
I just don think the average Republican will vote for Trump in the long run.
