On Friday, Fiori repeatedly characterized the armed occupation as a legal protest. She said she hasn't seen any evidence that the federal government ever asked Bundy and the other militants to leave the refuge ...

Aaron Weiss, media director for public lands watchdog group the Center for Western Priorities, told Courthouse News ... "Legal protests don't involve taking over federal buildings, preventing wildlife managers from doing their jobs and threatening anyone from coming near them" ...

"Her role went beyond speakership," Weiss said. "She took other actions in support of the occupation. And that's unacceptable from an elected leader."

needs to be investigated by DOJ. This may be the point where charges can actually be lodged against her. I heard (on NPR) that papa insurrectionist will probably be shuffled off to the fed facility in NV... but not allowed bail. This is a fed case and Fiori is a state legislator so she'll be arguing against the feds on this. I'm sure she'll be trying to pull strings at home.

Elected by Summerlin, the wealthier area of Las Vegas - because it's better to vote for a gun-totin', ignorant fool who has scammed the public in her failed businesses and thinks that tossing her hair and wearing a tight sweater makes her look and sound intelligent...better this than voting for a Democrat.
