Back in 2012, we were asked who we wanted to be the President for the next four years. We said Barack Obama. It's less than four years later, and the only answer available to who should fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court is still Barack Obama.

He covered this very subject last night in his opening monologue. I'm curious if turtle man is going to push it, seeing how just a couple of years ago he admonished the Dems from talking about it in the last year of bushes office (I spelt his name like that on purpose not an autocorrect

John Oliver also had a snippet of Rubio talking about how great Scalia was and how he stuck to the Constitution. John Oliver then cut away to show where it was the Constitutional job of the President to appoint a judge.

because no one in the media will call him on it. They never call politicians on their shit, even though they sit on tons of video. That wouldn't be polite, or some shit- like doing their job.

Mitch believes in originalism just like Scalia, and according to his interpretation of the Constitution, black Presidents only get 3/5ths of a Presidency.
