Let the Republicans explain why they are obstructing a guy they unanimously confirmed to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals three years ago.

Hell, even McConnell, Cruz and Rubio voted for the man!

Then after they obstruct for nearly a year, he can withdraw his nomination after the election and Hillary or Bernie can nominate an extremely liberal choice and the newly minted Democratic Senate can confirm right after they rescind the filibuster for SCOTUS nominations.
