Although he seemed to forget that the Malheur Wildlife Refuge was set up
Teddy Roosevelt using his constitutionaly granted powers of issuing executive
orders.

BTW my late grand dad had an orchard and sheep ranch in southern Oregon
and the idea that these idiots would show up and cut or his neighbor's fence
so that their livestock could get out really pissed me off.
