Bernie and Hilary Should Both Say This: "Confirm Obama's SCOTUS Nomination, Or Else..."

...Or else we'll nominate OBAMA HIMSELF as soon as we're elected President. Put THAT in your pipe and smoke it, Turtleface.

Then, Obama should nominate Loretta Lynch to the SCOTUS. They already CONFIRMED her as AG. It would be hard to claim they confirmed her in that position, without being qualified for the other with a straight face.

Also, (my personal opinion), Obama should nominate somebody, and if the Republicans block it, he can make a counter offer: Offer to let them pass a bill which he will sign, mandating TERM LIMITS for SCOTUS Justices. 12 years should be enough. There's no reason to have a SCOTUS Justice hanging around on the bench for 40 years. (NO reason to have a frikkin Congressman hanging around for that long either. At least not without a 'time out' from Congress.) They might compromise for that, especially since half their base is screaming for term limits on members of Congress already.

The fact that she could immediately appoint a corporate friendly, Citizens United supporting justice, who would therefore garner GOP-controlled Senate approval, would shake even more corp. millions loose to her PACs and/or the Clinton Family Foundation.

Of course it would be someone who is also "liberal" on soft issues like abortion, because Hill's corporate sponsors don't give a flying fuck about abortion, since that does not impact their bottom line, quarterly profits, or enhanced transfer of $$$ to the top 1 percenters.

I just posted that in another thread. I think it's a great chance for both of them to team up together and kick the Republicans in the balls.
