his candidacy, no urgency, no real theme, no substance.

Strategically it's been a train wreck. "My brother kept us safe." Uh, no, he didn't, Jeb. In fact he and his administration were asleep at the switch when 19 men flew commercial jets into the World Trade Center towers. This after ignoring memoranda suggesting that an attack may be imminent.

The absence of a theme and vision is almost ok with Jeb's campaign because he does not have the communication skills to convey theme and vision anyhow. He's profoundly dull and running a truly pathetic campaign.
