Scalia's successor

If I were the president, I would nominate a younger, highly-respected black woman to the Supreme Court. Someone with solid pro-union and pro-choice views with no controversial statements or speeches. That would put the ball in the Senate's court. They would have to either confirm her, or enrage the country so much, the Democrats will have a strong issue to tout in an election year.

What do you guys think? Any recommendations?

She's already been vetted by this current Senate, who confirmed her. Everything damaging they could have found would have been used. They would have no excuses to not confirm her for SCOTUS.
