Some analysts are saying that the likely nominee will be federal Judge Sri Srinivasan, age 48, whose nomination to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit was approved by the Senate by a 97-0 vote in April 2013.'

His candidate will be solidly middle of the road, probably pro corporate. The harder the petulant toddlers in Congress oppose him, the wider the margin of their loss will be in November.

They need to know the only way to win this one is to allow a moderate onto the bench. Democrats who are hoping for Warren or any other left of center nomination need to know that political expedience states it must be a moderate, and that a moderate replacing a far right lunatic is a good deal for everybody.
