The decision should be the next President's. What else can they say? They might get asked what kind of justice they would seek to fill the vacancy, in which case we'll see who really wants a religious test. In that regard, it could be interesting as this will not help them in the general, but I don't plan to watch them all repeat a mantra and even Trump will repeat the mantra. Booring.

to add many questions none in the clown car could have anticipated, let alone prepared insults for.

When the USSC splits 4-4, "stare decisis" means lower court rulings being appealed must stand.

What's on the docket for the rest of the year and how did lower courts rule on those matters?
