I assure you that's the PG version. Justice Scalia wouldn't have liked my original one little bit.

In a 5-4 vote the SCOTUS in 2000 defeated Al Gore's winning presidential campaign by refusing to allow Florida to have a fair recount of the vote. Scalia was a leader of this action even going so far as to say that a recount would hurt bush.

It was the most anti-democratic action ever flouted upon the country, imo.
