So Ted Cruz just mailed me a check in a misleadingly official looking envelope

Ted Cruz sent me a very official looking envelope that says there is a check enclosed.

The return address is his signature and the appearance looks very official.

In small font it says "Personal Business Not Printed or Mailed at Taxpayer Expense" -- but knowing him, a person would not realize what it was.
