Ooh look at these charges against Papa Bundy

YIKES! How many years do these charges warrant? The complaint against Cliven details specific acts committed by "co-conspirators 1, 2, 3 and 4." I imagine charges against those folks will be forthcoming.
What will the conditions for bail be, should be interesting.

It's good to see him finally having to face justice. Maybe this will make the others of his ilk think twice in the future and avoid another Malheur type situation.

Interesting how many people so far arrested have previous felonies.

Even the dude who rode the horse around with the flag apparently was a convicted felon and tried to leave with two rifles hidden in the horse trailer.

I think once all the stuff comes out it will be interesting to see how many firearms were stolen they were using as well as how many of the armed people were not legally allowed to possess a firearm.

Maybe a lot of these guys hated the gov't because they were common criminals who had run afoul of the law before.

8. On top of that list should be Blaine Cooper

He on the right in pic.

He fled the refuge shortly after reportedly receiving a phone call from the FBI as witnessed by David Fry. That was just after word was received of Levoy's death. Blaine has been a very visible participant in several other protests with members of the Bundy clan.

Found it:

Occupier Blaine Cooper arrested in Utah

He was booked into jail in Washington County, Utah, which includes the city of St. George, online jail records show. The arresting agency was listed as the FBI.

An indictment was unsealed in federal court in Portland on Thursday. Cooper was charged with conspiracy to impede officers of the United States, the same charge that has been leveled against at least 20 others involved in the 41-day bird sanctuary occupation.

Cooper's wife, Melissa Cooper, took to Facebook following the arrest to solicit donations ....

.... others charged in the indictment that named Cooper were Corey Lequieu, 45, of Nevada; Neil Wampler, 68, of California; Jason Charles Blomgren, also known as "Joker J," of Nevada; and Darryl William Thorn.

Wampler was convicted in 1977 of second-degree murder in the killing of his father.

This post will be updated when more information is available. .

So, he could get up to 70 years if they go for the max.
