I'd love to see both Kasich and Jeb drop, but I doubt either will unless they come in with like 2-3% of the vote.

no one would know. Fiorina will probably be gone, also. Kasich and Jeb? depending on the results will probably hang around for another couple of weeks.

He's still running for VP and needs to prove he's got some support among the what-passes-for-sane-Republicans.
Fiorina should give it up, as should Carson. Gilmore is waaaaay past due to quit and Bush is probably just going to keep in til he spends all that money (figure Super Wednesday, when he's still >5%)

If Christie gets a good offer he might drop. All the others really seem to be in it so to speak. Jeb has $$$ to run and everyone else still has hope of good future results.

Carson is a wildcard because he has no chance but not likely to care one way or other. There is no penalty of running a fake campaign on fumes for him. Indeed it will likely keep book sales up. This has been, after all, one long book tour for him.
