If the Senate, today, were to advance Universal Health Care legislation...

and the votes were not there for cloture, would Senator Sanders vote or not?

For reference:

S.2012 - Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015: Final tally: 43 yea, 54 nay, 3 NV. Sanders NV.
S.264 - Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2015: Final tally: 53 yea, 44 nay, 3 NV. Sanders Yea.

BTW, posting this in GD was a judgement call. If it it belongs in GDP, I'll repost it there.

One always has to allow how good they are at labeling bogus legislation with happy sounding names.

But all of the three resolutions I used for reference were straightforward, and the votes were essentially cast along party lines.
