Harts Location, Dixville Notch, Millsfield, NH vote at midnight

As far as I can tell, all three vote at midnight.
Harts Location:
At around 11 p.m. Feb. 8, Butler said the 30 or so registered voters in Hart’s Location “will get together for coffee and cookies and camaraderie, then do the vote and be done in five minutes.”
Early primary voting in Hart’s Location “is definitely a tradition and it highlights a responsibility of citizenship that makes the occasion of casting our vote at midnight something special,” Butler said.
Dixville Notch
“We are expecting a great deal of local, regional, national and international media as we experienced in 2012,” Tranchemontagne said in an email.
Voting in Dixville this year will take place in the Hale House at The Balsams, not in the Ballot Room in the Dixville House. Tranchemontagne said up to 10 voters may cast ballots, with the order determined by pulling a name from a hat.
“For the candidate that carries an early voting place, it’s a nice little story to start the primary day,” said Dante J. Scala, an associate professor of political science at the University of New Hampshire. “In these days of so much polling, though, those very early returns probably have less impact than they might have had at one time, because we know more about how voters are feeling before they vote.”

The entire town comes out and takes their obligation seriously. That there is some kind of a competition for who gets to be first is just icing on the GOTV cake.
If only the rest of the country thought the same.
Voting, it is not just a right. It is an obligation.
