Protecting and strengthening the class action suit..

Our right to redress against large corporations that have harmed us is hobbled by some truly horrid SC decisions that allow those companies to insist that we sign "forced arbitration" agreements in the fine print before we become customers.

They're right there.. in the [font color="red" size="1"]teeny tiny[/font] "agree" boxes that we have to click before we can proceed.

There is some legislative relief now on the Hill that we should support.
