The NYPD is playing fast and loose with the 4th Amendment and kicking people out of their homes with very weak and possibly fabricated evidence. I have to wonder if some of these have something to do with rent control, but I don't see it mentioned in the article. Anyway, it's a real shitty thing to do.

Stupid and wrong that it is indiscriminately applied to innocents and bystanders. Like collective punishment.
