weed was legal in Kentucky. The farm land here is perfect for all forms of cannabis. Heirloom "free range" organic weed would be so popular.

9. Kentucky doesn't have state referendums, so it's a bit harder there.

However, there is an effort there to pass it through the "Cannabis Freedom Act" as submitted by Perry B. Clark in the state legislature. Have your family contact their state representatives. It can happen and that land could become more valuable than you could know!

A dozen or so states are going to have marijuana initiatives come November. At least half of them are sure to pass it. It'll come very quickly. My guess is that by 2018 it's legalized nationally.
