(60,014 posts)They seem to be playing in slow motion - end of first half was really bad clock management.

(2,117 posts)This is the kind of loss that defines careers. This franchise won't smell anymore Super Bowls for a long time after that embarrassing debacle. Denver's defense played great but the Panthers made tons of unforced errors and the playcalling was atrocious. Cam backing away from the loose ball should be the lasting memory from this game. Typical of NC professional sports though.

(2,117 posts)Really incredible how much he accomplished this season given how awful the offensive line and receiving corps are. He still made poor decisions tonight, the worst of which was stepping back and watching Denver fall on a loose ball.
Losing a game the way they lost has long-term repercussions. Their confidence must absolutely be shot at this point, and other teams can look at a loss like this as a blueprint to shut them down in future contests. They were lucky to play a light schedule this season, and they won't have that benefit next season.

(12,778 posts)immature, crybaby, glory hound, I guess I can see that. He has all the talent in the world, but he proved last night that he doesn't have the heart and maturity yet.
You so-called experts bore me. The dude is the MVP of the league but armchair keyboard experts think he's not all that.
Again---Yawn!

(918 posts)After all, what have the Broncos done since getting spanked by the Seahawks two years ago?
I was rooting for the Broncos, but the Panthers will be a force for a long time.

(2,117 posts)I think they only still have, what, six starters who started in that Super Bowl?

(16,399 posts)Panthers will be fine.

(41,692 posts)They have an MVP QB, a heck of a defense, and they are young.
BUT you know---the keyboard armchair coaches know what they are talking about.

(16,399 posts)Aside from that and the stress of a long season carrying over to the following year, I like their chances.
