I like reading that forum, and I've noticed that after certain dust-ups in GD or GD-P, there's a spike in questions to the admins.

Therefore, my assumption/conclusion is that many of those questions are meta in nature.

I like reading everything, so I wish they were all answered, but on the other hand, I can understand if they simply ignore the whiny/meta type questions.

Anyway, that's my (complete and without basis) guess.

I think they're pretty good about answering questions.

Just not the primary based questions lol.
