Is the Ask the Administrators forum out of business?

Lots of 3 week old posts that are unanswered. As far as I can tell, no answers since Jan 19.



I would ask this in ATA, but that would be sort of circular, yanno.

1. They've been letting it go for a long time between answering recently.

2. My guess (and it's only a guess) is that they simply don't answer meta-type questions.

I like reading that forum, and I've noticed that after certain dust-ups in GD or GD-P, there's a spike in questions to the admins.

Therefore, my assumption/conclusion is that many of those questions are meta in nature.

I like reading everything, so I wish they were all answered, but on the other hand, I can understand if they simply ignore the whiny/meta type questions.

Anyway, that's my (complete and without basis) guess.

3. I suspect they are hurt and maybe embarrassed by the turn DU has taken

DU is their baby, their pride and joy and it has gone to the dark side with Bernie while they followed the light with Hillary.

it would only lead to some people pissing and moaning
more often and about pettier perceived annoyances.

I think they're pretty good about answering questions.

Just not the primary based questions lol.
