Prescription Drug Prices Soar up 76% since 2010

Lawmakers in Congress are trying to find out why prescription drug prices have gone up by 76% since 2010. A former executive who raised the price of a potentially life-saving drug by 5000% pleaded the 5th today during a hearing on Capitol Hill.

That's always the reason. That and Congress never stopped them from outrageous pricing in the U.S.
