This to me proves this B/S that the FBI is criminally looking at Clinton. If that were the case why would they be contacting Powell he has nothing to do with her e-mails. My guess is there looking at ALL the former SOS e-mails to see what can be corrected http://www.politico.com/story/2016/02/fbi-colin-powell-email-probe-218748

(10,125 posts)First of all, if all they got is 2 classified emails for Powell and 10 classified emails for Rice, why not more? Like the 1600 they found on Hillary's server.
Secondly, Clinton has to establish that the content of emails between the President and the Secretary of State are not confidential (I think that's a pretty steep hill) and that the emails themselves that contain audit data of how the email data traveled from one desalination to the other can reveal the president's location and/or network nodes to target for a cyber attack or to steal info. I think that's a tall order.
Thirdly, a portion of these emails from foreign countries are "born confidential" - they do not need to be formally designated as classified - it's automatic. Clinton's home server setup with her email address not belonging to the state department exposed those classified materials in her unsecure server. Effectively, Hillary planned it that way.
Nice to hear from Colin Powell again but it's smoke in terms of getting Hillary off the hook.
