Progressive radio: losing its mind

I'm in the car all day and have the privilege of listening to Chicago's Progressive Radio WCPT all day. Thom Hartmann and Chicago's Wayne Bensen aren't getting sucked into the Dem v Dem troll war. But for 3 hours a day, Stephanie Miller is demonstrating lacks conflict resolution skills and Norman Goldman (one of my favorites) has been trolling Bernie supporters for months. Ugh, I'll have to remember, there is a lot of good, progressive information on YouTube.

but I hear it differently. She is encouraging the 2 camps to get along without rancor in my view.

But its mainly a comedy show with her after all. Nothing too serious.

...her control is upsetting her all morning every day. I've listened to her show since 2008, 5 days a week, and I have to turn her off and on for the first time. Yeah, the comedy and her guests are the best. But the Dem vs Dem debate...that's when the radio goes off.

Once Bernie proved he was viable, Norman shut up. But before then and since Iowa, man, he's being so obnoxious. I can't listen to that part of the show, either. Fortunately, he comes with civics and legal lessons so I tune him in again.

I think all "progressive radio" should strictly focus on the screw ups on the right if they can't talk positively about both candidates.

Stephanie is almost unlistenable these days.

When she want on a year long anti-Hillary rampage. Last time I listened to her she was wondering out loud why Obama supporters couldn't use Ken Starr's talking points against Hillary.

Last time I listened to Randy Rhodes too. She went full Ann Coulter and self immolated.

Haven't bothered listening to much progressive radio since.

he's like the turd in the punchbowl, seriously.

Stephanie does tend to make bad decisions, though. I love her, but she's a walking cry for help.

with a, "It's lose-lose for me."

It doesn't play well on the radio. Funny, she's going to be talking to Thom today. Thom loves Bill Press's new book. Stephanie read the cover and is only getting worse. I hope it's a point of discussion. Can't wait. Maybe I already missed it lol

That's when I stopped listening to the entire segment, I went back to music in the car. I got sick of spending time with what felt like mean drunks doing bitter jibes at people they don't like.
