My mom has been a republican for as long as I can remember.

She told me tonight she wont vote for a republican anymore. I asked her if she was going to vote at all in the next election and she took a minute to think it over then told me no. Her reason centers all on the ACA and the republicans being against it, of course its a selfish reason but there it is. Of course I told her again about Sanders plan of medicare for all and she listened. The tide is changing.

My mom was not a fool. Maybe she was fooled in politics but we are are all fooled by something at some point. Just because someone was fooled in one thing that doesnt make them a fool. I understand you didnt mean she was a fool, but like I said, a bit harsh.
