Bundy, 9 others denied request to attend funeral

A total of 11 people connected with the Malheur occupation were arrested

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Ammon Bundy and nine other militia involved with the occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge appeared for a preliminary hearing in federal court on Wednesday afternoon ... During the preliminary hearing, Cox, and all the others, asked to be released so they could attend the funeral for LaVoy Finicum, one of the occupiers who was shot last month during one of those traffic stops. Those requests were denied but Cox will be allowed to attend the funeral of a family member ...Arraignment is scheduled for February 24 ...

...they could disrupt the funeral as some form of protest. I home the one allowed, Mr. Cox, is carefully guarded.

...but certainly likely that they would make a media circus out of it and head back to Malheur with a hundred supporters.
