WASHINGTON — After sources told the Free Press on Tuesday night that a congressional committee voted to subpoena former Flint emergency manager Darnell Earley to testify on the city's water crisis but that he refused service, a member of Congress says he will ask U.S. Marshals to make sure the subpoena gets served.

Did not hear they've gone to collect the governor, as he wasn't invited to testify.
