I don't understand why the BLM has not gone to court to get a judgement and then lien the heck out of Bundy's property. Now might be a good time to go collect the illegally grazing cattle and cart them off. Between grabbing the cattle and putting liens on this property Bundy will financially implode at some point and then they can just throw his ass of that ranch.

With more ranchers reneging on the requirement to pay their grazing fees the BLM needs to set a broader example of actions have consequences because this situation will only get worse.
