He did start his speech off as if he had won tonight. I guess he thinks neither Ted Cruz, nor Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee.

I have it. Dry mouth all the time and I have to rehydrate often. It's not fatal...

I have just never known anyone who was that dry-mouthed.

I teach and talk all day long. I never have that problem.

When I listened to that speech, I heard his lips smacking after every pause and knew he was dry-mouthed. I bet he was just dying to take a drink of water but didn't dare do it. He probably had people behind him whispering, "Don't you DARE touch that water!!!" the entire speech.

My other thought during that speech was that I'd never in my life seen anyone so happy to finish third. And to go on that rant about, "They told us we couldn't do it!" You DIDN'T do it! You know, for the Party that abhors participation trophies, they sure are happy to celebrate a third place finish.
