I have heard him called that and much worse. But do they truly believe him to be a "socialist"?
What do they think is different from Obama's "socialism" and Bernie Sander's "socialism"?
Perhaps they should be put on the record just what they think of Barack Obama?

(111,098 posts)I would say it might be beneficial to know whether they think Obama is a "socialist" or not? Is Sanders' socialism the same as Obama's? Or is it worse? I think we need to flush out the Republicans on this issue, because they plan on using it on Bernie if he is the nominee and we need to understand just what parameters they might be operating in, in my opinion.
