"Mister" Trump? Really?

This has grated on me for a very long time. The sniveling, obsequious media who address one candidate as "Mister" Trump, and in the next breath speak of "Obama" or "Clinton" or "Sanders" or "Cruz" or "Rubio". You get the idea.

Trump has the media right where he wants it. He has individual talking heads cowering, bowing, and scraping.

Pardon me, but WHAT THE FUCK?

Not long ago I watched (the largely worthless) Savannah Guthrie try to interview him. He talked over her, was dismissive of her, ignored her questions (which were silly). All the time she was "Mister" Trump this and "Mister" Trump that. In the same interview, Matt Lauer called him Donald.

Of course this could be the larger issue of Trump being genuinely afraid of strong women. Y'ever notice whoe he has pointless running feuds with? Not many men. More than a few women.

Sen. Sanders, Sec Clinton, Gov O'Malley, even Sens Cruz, Rubio, Paul, Gov Christie Kasich Bush... Hell, even Dr Carson.

Mr Trump (citizen Trump)

This man has no qualifications for the job. (Neither does Mrs (Ms?) Fiorina btw, but doesn't seem like that's happening anyway.

Most of the other candidates have Governor, Senator, Secretary, Doctor, something.

What other title do you want them to use?
