Bookmarking, almost as good as the clip of a woodchuck eating an ice cream cone, seriously and methodically. I mean, how bad can the world be, when a woodchuck can enjoy an ice cream cone?

It was one of the most popular songs ever.. Early 60s.. No one cared what it meant.. When it came on at the dance, you rushed to find anyone who would dance w/you..

Yo no soy marinero,
yo no soy marinero, soy capitán.
Soy capitán, soy capitán.
Bamba, bamba,
bamba, bamba,
bamba, bamba, bam...

Bamba, bamba,
bamba, bamba,
bamba, bamba...

English translation
The Bamba

To dance the Bamba,
to dance the Bamba,
one needs a bit of grace.
A bit of grace for me, for you,
now come on, come on,
now come on, come on,
for you I'll be, for you I'll be, for you I'll be.

I'm not a sailor,
I'm not a sailor, I'm a captain.
I'm a captain, I'm a captain.
Bamba, bamba,
bamba, bamba,
bamba, bamba, bam...

To dance the Bamba,
to dance the Bamba,
one needs a bit of grace.
A bit of grace for me, for you,
now come on, come on.

Rrrraa-ha-haa...

To dance the Bamba,
to dance the Bamba,
one needs a bit of grace.
A bit of grace for me, for you,
now come on, come on,
now come on, come on,
for you I'll be, for you I'll be, for you I'll be.

Bamba, bamba,
bamba, bamba,
bamba, bamba...

I still have the Del-Fi 45 record #4110 with La Bamba on the other side. Donna eventually made it to #2 on the charts later in 1959.
