Already this morning I had to tell an old white geezer to not talk politics at the table I am sitting at. (I was there before he was). And I had to change coffee shops for the exact same thing two weeks ago because instead of honoring my wishes a guy decided to threaten me with physical violence.
I get the passion and all, and I am glad they are engaged, but the right wing nutcases are out, and angry and loaded with talking points and hatred for everyone.
Gonna be a long nine months.

(14,449 posts)Sorry you had to go through that. It is going to be a rough 9 months. Election time always makes me nervous because if voters make a mistake it can be life and death and no that is not over the top.
