The next nine months are going to be very difficult

Already this morning I had to tell an old white geezer to not talk politics at the table I am sitting at. (I was there before he was). And I had to change coffee shops for the exact same thing two weeks ago because instead of honoring my wishes a guy decided to threaten me with physical violence.

I get the passion and all, and I am glad they are engaged, but the right wing nutcases are out, and angry and loaded with talking points and hatred for everyone.
Gonna be a long nine months.

Sorry you had to go through that. It is going to be a rough 9 months. Election time always makes me nervous because if voters make a mistake it can be life and death and no that is not over the top.

To the guy reading the paper. Then, predictably, he went on to "the librul media" and then I stopped him. At least loud enough for me to hear, he kept going to the other person though.

If you are uncomfortable with division and Rightwing nostrum, the way things are going, what you'll hear in 2024 will likely blow your mind.

Your accusations against the Clintons would have a little more credibility if you got some basic facts correct, such as the identities of the people in the photo.

How is this an accusation? It's an observation. There's a difference.

this is why nothing is going to get done in this country.

FYI, places like this one are part of the reason for that.

Just walk into GD-P

Good thing GD-P isn't a physical town hall in an open-carry state. The coroner would be VERY busy.

Maybe I've just sort of given up on the system though. I accept whoever wins will be profoundly disappointing.
