Last of the occupiers 'hoping for a miracle'

... the four remaining holdouts ... huddled around a .. fire .. and waited for divine intervention.

That's what Sean Anderson told his hometown sheriff, who called from Idaho County, Idaho, to ask if he could help ...

"We're always armed," the only woman at the refuge said ...

... Sean Anderson .. faces an outstanding bench warrant in an unrelated case.

"And now I'm looking at going to prison for exercising my rights" ...

David Fry, the Anderson couple, and Jeff Banta

Fry is an ISIS-supporter and Hitler-admirer

Sean Anderson already has several misdemeanor convictions and is currently wanted on a Wisconsin bench warrant, which probably means the Andersons' recent relocation from Wisconsin to Idaho was to avoid Sean's arrest for skipping a Wisconsin court date

Since Sean had been cheerfully talking about killing federal officials, the prosecutors probably figure he's dangerous and a non-bailable flight risk, given that he's already skipped a Wisconsin appearance

Sean says everybody suddenly left the refuge without telling them. David seems never to have gotten along with most of the folk there and was suddenly put out of the car by a group who then drove out of the refuge and surrendered to authorities

Apparently three of the four are currently free to leave but have been told Sean will be arrested so have decided to demand "pardons" for all four as a condition of leaving. David, at the same time, admits this won't happen. Sean says his rights are being violated

but I've been sidetracked since then. What kind of a creep do you have to be to let your wife and other people end up in danger or under eventual charges rather than just step up and do what's right.

... court records show Anderson has an extensive history of criminal convictions in Wisconsin.

He has an outstanding bench warrant related to an August 2014 arrest. Anderson was charged with resisting an officer, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

Wisconsin court records show Anderson was convicted of misdemeanor disorderly conduct in 1998, 2008 and 2009. He was convicted of criminal trespassing in 2002 ...

Finally the Feds moved to Plumb the Phones and Internet. Believe that takes Court Orders to facilitate as well as serving notice on who ever the Carrier of service might be.

Sean Anderson is not a very nice guy. History of violence is extensive and knowing the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Community,if he taken alive,he will spend 10-20 at Wawpun State and his next job will be in the License Plate Print shop. Just banging them out.

Sun Jan 31, 2016, 09:34 AM
Jan 2016

was not killed by "we" but by himself. If not by intention (although his previous statements suggest it was), then by his own flat-out stupidity.

I think there's a reasonable area for discussion as to how LEO's can subdue and arrest an armed suicidal maniac without killing the guy. But to say "we killed him" is unfair, I think. The dumbass had many opportunities to act in a way that would have resulted in his not being killed. He chose to take an action almost 100% guaranteed to end in his death.

I do agree with your main sentiment that "these people are just a bunch of misfits that were brought into something by outside forces". I'll admit I haven't subjected myself to very much of their rantings directly, but what I have seen and heard, nearly all of them are at least a brick or two short of a full load. It's sad.

That sad, our prisons are full of people who got there by generally similar reasons. Can't figure out how to successfully deal with life by acceptable legal means, get sucked in by some deviant group and commit crimes. You can't just let them walk once they've committed serious crimes. But there are so many sad stories of how they got there.

All they have to do is give up and go to court. Hell they know the Constitution so well, they won't even need a lawyer. Just get up there and read the damn thing to the court and jury and how the hell can they not win their case? Besides, they have God on their side. Can't be scared with God and George Washington on your side.

or they are all fucking idiots with guns.
