That the White Separatists in Oregon are saying the one of their members was shot "while he had his hands up"

Even if that is true (I doubt it) I still have no sympathy..

Because he was an armed adult

1. I've already seen police claim that he exited the vehicle brandishing a firearm

after trying to take off and crashing into a snowbank.

Given what this guy's written about dying before going to jail (and other things), I would guess the cops weren't giving him too many chances to take any of them with him.

(not that I am applauding his death ... this schmuck's martyrdom isn't helpful. He got what he wanted.)

What will be really interesting, is all those white conservatives who have been SO ready to believe the cops when it was a black kid killed ... will these guys accept the cops' story THIS time?

The folks most up in arms about the encroaching "Police State" sure seem to find reasons to support it when Brown People get shot
