Neuroses, one is building castles in the sand.
Psychoses, one has move into those castles.

I really think these people got carried away with their ideology to the point of no return. Being in jail for years will not compare to them waking up and finding the whole world was not impressed and think they are idiots, not the leaders of a popular movement. In other words, Psychotics at best.
