If you link a post to your twitter feed...

be sure to use the full link of the post. The shortened version that appears with the Tweet button doesn't work. When someone tries from Twitter to read that post, an error message appears.

Been that way a couple of days. I have a pending post in ATA about it.

I tried going back to some I linked to a month or so ago, and they just do not work with the Tweet button.

...twitter button that looks like it should have a counter value (the number of times the link has been shared) and there isn't one, then it's the same issue as you're having. I've seen this all over the web, and I get around. It's the same way on sites I manage. Don't know what's going on with it but it's got to be on Twitter's end since they're the source. Been this way for awhile now, too.

Daily Kos uses the full link, and so do other sites I customarily link to. I usually use the tweet button just for ease of use.

Probably is likely on Twitter's end, but I thought I'd mention it.
